Following an investigation, carried out in accordance with the TACT Code of Practice, TACT Council have found Philips Trust Corporation Limited to have been in serious breach of several codes, not performed its duties in a manner expected of a member of TACT and in a way which might bring the Association into disrepute. After consideration, it has been determined that Philips Trust Corporation Limited should be removed from the list of members of TACT – The Association of Corporate Trustees with immediate effect.
